Meditation and Stories

We tell stories everyday. We tell stories about ourselves, about other people, about this world and other things. We believe in these stories and make them part of our lives. We wake up with these stories, interact with everyone telling our stories, spend the day thinking about our stories and go to bed with our stories. But wait a moment!!! Our stories are not the definite truth!!! Contemplation/Meditation: 1. Sit somewhere where you will not be disturbed. 2. Think of your stories for a while. 3. Look at your stories from a different perspective - a new point of view. 4. Something within you might change! A thought, a feeling, a belief. 5. Note it down and explore it in your life.

Meditation/Relaxation Music for Stress

Meditation music and relaxation music for stress help people around the world in many ways. Before I describe these ways I want to point something out - all meditation music can help with stress and relaxation. There is no fixed meditation music track focused on one thing only. You get benefits even if you listen to meditation music not related to relaxation and stress issues.

Let me tell you how meditation/relaxation music may diminish stress and induce relaxation.

1. Meditation/relaxation music for stress generates a sound that influences our brain and our nervous system in a positive way. Our brains shift between a few frequencies during the day and the calming meditation music for stress switches this wonderful organ into a more relaxed frequency.

2. Meditation/relaxation music permeates the human aura - the invisible field around us and creates healing waves. These healing waves converge into our physical body through the pores of the skin thus creating a healing inner environment.

3. As I said before the brain goes into a relaxed frequency and once we have reached this frequency new ideas, suggestions and insights may come. Also, we might experience all of the benefits of the meditation practice including benefits for our physical, emotional and mental health. I suggest to meditate and to listen to meditation music for stress with your eyes closed.

In my opinion a powerful inner coherence occurs. Meditation/relaxation music for stress is usually composed and produced with a gentle melody, ambient textures and sounds of nature to create the ultimate experience for listeners. Headphones are the perfect companion when we want to listen to meditation music and we shouldn't turn the volume up too much to protect our ears.

There are many types of meditation music and we can use them for our purposes and as I said earlier in this article - all of them will relax us and diminish stress. Let us see what types of meditation music are on the market and in this way we can have a better choice. Knowledge is power and we can use this knowledge to access new opportunities for our inner self.

We can find meditation music to relieve stress and as we know stress is disguised in many forms in our everyday life. Very popular is the category of meditation music for sleep and its effect on us and our sleep. Sleep is imperative for our bodies and minds and meditation music for sleep initiates healing on all levels of our being.

Meditation/relaxation meditation music helps to relax the body and connects our mental and emotional levels with the physical one. Meditation music for positivity is another interesting category and if it is composed right, it can influence our being and uplift the spirit. Meditation music for healing helps to balance our inner states and might boost our motivation.

You can discover chakra meditation music while searching and this type of music is good for your chakras and your aura in general. There are recordings of many new age music instruments mixed with beautiful meditation music and some people call it deep meditation music.

Again, as I have stated before - the meditation music that you will listen will depend on the skills of the composer, producer and the mixer all involved in the final product as well of your own expectations. Meditation music and relaxation music for stress are necessary if we want to be more relaxed and cope with our lives. At the end of the day, it depends on you and your choices on how you can manage your life.

Meditation For Busy People

Nowadays, people are busy. They conquer goals, strive for ambition and rush and rush and rush! People don't have time for themselves - all attention has been given to somebody else. People could stop for a moment and sit down, close their eyes and reflect on the beauty of life - life per se. Simple Meditation for Busy People 1. Sit down and close your eye. 2. Reflect on life, not on your life situations. Reflect on the beauty of this moment - here and now. 3. Reflect and think about the beauty of life on our planet. 4. After 1, 2 minutes open your eyes.

Meditation Purpose

Meditation helps with many things in our lives and sometimes we might feel confused about what meditation techniques can help with!!! Meditation practices backed up by science, proven evidence and written reports tell us that meditation may help with enhanced vitality, comfort, emotional/mental health and spiritual awareness. I would add to these categories an inner inspiration and a well-directed life if we allow ourselves to listen to our intuition and hunches.

Meditation Versus Mindfulness

There are arguments around the world related to meditation and mindfulness. There are groups of people stating that meditation and mindfulness are the same and there is no difference between them and there are groups of people insisting that meditation is totally different from mindfulness. In some cases, a faction will create total confusion among everyone interested in meditation and mindfulness. Let us clarify the distinction between meditation and mindfulness with one condition in mind: these two techniques help people to cope in this fast-paced everyday modern life: Meditation usually focuses on one thing only - an object, thought, feeling, or image. It's done with eyes closed in most cases. Mindfulness is done with eyes open focusing on all of the senses in this moment - here and now. Do we need to have arguments with other people about meditation and mindfulness? No, in my humble opinion. Just practice and reap the benefits of these two techniques. One more thing...enjoy your life.

Meditation and A New Day

Wake up in the morning... Look around and ask yourself the question: What do I want to do this day? This question may lead to other questions such as: What do I want to create this day? What dreams can I accomplish? What goals can I achieve? Write down your answers and go about your day. Enjoy.

A Nature Meditation

1. Go to a park, wood or forest. 2. Find a place with trees, flowers and bushes. 3. Observe nature beauty -colours, shapes, forms, diversity...everything. 4. Emerge yourself in this beauty - be the trees, flowers and bushes. 5. Sooner or later you might feel inner calmness. Let it be. 6. Enjoy it. A note: when is winter or the weather is bad - look at a picture and immerse yourself in it.

MEDITATION - STATES OF MIND AND COMPLEXES

Extract from my audio course " The 8 Habits to Master Your Mind"

Positive, Negative and Neutral State of Mind

There are 3 states of mind and I will discuss them in detail here. They are related to the knowledge of how you can have mastery over your mind and it is a necessity to know how to discriminate between them.

1. Positive state of mind:

When we are in this state we enjoy the things that we do in our everyday life and we look for more of them. We feel the joy of conversation with our friends, the passion of our hobby, the intimate moments with our lover filled with lust and sexual desire, the beauty of mother nature. Hopefully with practice and persistence we will learn how to stay in this state most of the time.

2. Negative state of mind.

It is very obvious to us when we are in this state of mind probably! We experience feelings of anger, hostility, frustration, sadness, disease and more. In most cases it is difficult to change these feelings without techniques and our whole being resists everything and sometimes everyone. We are like robots controlled by these feelings. By the way, the same is true for the positive ones.

3. Neutral state of mind.

This state is between the two discussed above and it is one that we "visit" from time to time. The important feeling that is associated with it is indifference but not always. The best way to describe it is to catch ourselves when we are not interested in something. The good and the bad thing is that: we can slip easily from this neutral to positive or to negative state.

Mental and Emotional Complexes

It can be difficult, I would say sometimes it is impossible to have mastery over our mind if we suffer from mental and emotional issues. By this I mean phobias, depression and traumas. So then one of the most important things in our life is to heal them in order to master our mind. We can apply healing of every kind. It does not matter what our situation is we must give time for this healing. We can invite it into our life. This healing always existed in ancient civilizations, nations and communities. We have so much heritage of knowledge which they used in their alternative medicine. This knowledge is here for us today and if directed in a correct way can bring us better health and wellbeing. To make this possible it is important for us to have an open mind. In the beginning this open mind is a must in order for us to let go of our mental and emotional problems like phobias, depressions and traumas because it can break barriers inside us and we can find new horizons.

To do this it is necessary to start our journey to our healing by unfolding our hidden resources. So I will map this journey here for easy reference.

HOPE:

Here I want to talk about the hope in our life and the connection to our healing. Different philosophies, teachings and many famous people say that hope is very important and gives us courage to live and overcome challenges. Easier said than done. I know. We can have hope and what will happen? Nothing. In order to work with hope the best way is to act, to do something about our mental and emotional problems. Help is available everywhere: from healers, psychologists, doctors, books, video and audio courses for self- help. The best way is to act and to keep the hope in our hearts. Only wanting wastes our energy and time maybe!!! To act on our hopes is the best way.

MOTIVATION:

We are driven by internal and external stimuli that influence our actions, desires and goals. There are moments as you know when life situations can put us down and if they are connected with our mental and emotional problems they can create panic, shock and stress in our bodies and minds. This way we can lose hope and life can become like a dark corridor. To create hope it is necessary to connect it to the force known as motivation-passion. To use it the best thing that we can do is to find something or someone that can give us powers to move forward in life.

As we find motivation or hope in motion then we can create goals to act on them. It is good to be persistent in order to heal our mental and emotional problems.
