Meditation is the remedy for the soul. Rooted in ancient traditions, underestimated by science at first and and hidden in plain sight during centuries – meditation has proved its value to humanity and its existence.

Meditation can help people in many areas of human life and it establishes an inner connection which prompts us to look beyond what is possible and to imagine the life that we want – the life of our dreams.

Some people find it difficult to meditate and some can never reach the goal of achieving their goals. As a result of my interaction with people and my experience with meditation for the last 18 years I have found a reliable way to give anyone interested in meditation key components how to accomplish his/her goals.

These key components are not magic and you still have to practice and observe but you will gain deep understanding of the process and your own being.

The meditation webinar is divided into 4 parts:

1. Connect the Switch – We will start with time-tested exercises to align your mind with your body.

2. Grounding – We will continue with 3 simple but powerful exercises similar to the Yogic tradition, Qi-Gong and Tai-Chi to prepare your physical body for interaction with the higher forces and energies.

3. Chakra Balancing – We will attune to the energies around us through chakra balancing and will start the initiation phrase. This technique is designed to meet the criteria of modern people as it still holds its healing power.

4. Meditation “Higher Forces” – This is the groundbreaking technique which will stimulate your inner being to experience the divine connection and it will open the divine bliss within you.

What is Meditation

Preparation For Meditation

Preparation for meditation practice is imperative to establish the foundation work. In order to prepare ourselves for meditation, it's important to find a quiet and comfortable space where we won't be disturbed. We can sit on a cushion or chair with our back straight and our hands resting on our lap. Taking a few deep breaths can help us to calm our minds and focus on the present moment. It's also helpful to set an intention for our meditation, whether it's to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, or simply find a sense of calm. By starting with just a few minutes each day, we can gradually build up our meditation practice and experience its many benefits.

Meditation Workshop for Abundance and Fulfillment

People discuss, ask and wonder how meditation can help them to achieve abundance and fulfilment.

My own experience suggests as that of the other meditation teachers: there is no need for a workshop related to abundance and fulfillment because when you meditate you attract abundance and fulfillment in some form or another.
